The Sarcoidosis Network Foundation, Inc. offers regular, monthly meetings in the city of Downey in southern California.

Annual Awareness and Education Conference

The Awareness and Education Conference is held each year in the southern California. This event features many speakers and experts in their respective fields; it covers subjects as diverse as organ transplantation and drug treatment’s side effects and more.

Holiday Celebration / F.R.A.N.D. Day

Once a year, in December, the foundation hosts a special celebatory meeting, F.R.A.N.D. Day. F.R.A.N.D. stands for: Friends, Relatives, Associates, Nurses and Doctors. While anyone is welcome at this event, we encourage everyone to invite to the event anyone in the above categories.

Help Us by Donating

Help Us: we need donations of clothing and fabric items whether wearable, usable or not.

We are collecting clothing, textiles and shoes to raise funds to support our mission. Our recycler can accept all of these:

• Men, women and children’s clothing
• Bed sheets, blankets, curtains, comforters, drapes and towels
• Handbags, purses,knapsacks, belts and hats.
• Tennis shoes(tie shoestrings)
• Other shoes; if without laces,secure with rubber bands, do not use tape
• Shoes must be placed in separate bag from clothing and textile items.

in the June through October meetings. Do not bring the bags into the meeting room. Keep them in your car. Someone at the meeting will collect them from your car.

Celebrating the efforts of our founder, the Sarcoidosis Network Foundation sponsors the Earl Jacobs Jr. Walk For Awareness to educate the public and gather support to encourage the medical profession to make research a priority.
